Accordingly, the customers allowed to borrow capital mostly operate in high-tech agricultural production; production and trading of traditional craft products or implement business start-up projects and career conversion among others.

The loan amount for production and business facilities is maximum 2 billion VND per project and not more than 100 million VND for one employed laborer. For workers, the maximum loan amount is 100 million VND. The maximum loan term is 120 months with the interest rate equal to the loan interest rate for near-poor households at 7.92% per year.

Thus, since 2023, the whole province has disbursed 839 billion VND to more than 10,200 customers who borrow capital to create jobs, helping workers in the province have new jobs, avoid local unemployment and reduce the unemployment rate.
