The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Thi Huong, permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council, Lam Thi Huong Thanh, permanent Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council and Nghiem Xuan Huong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council.

In her opening speech, Nguyen Thi Huong stressed the 25th session took place when the all-level party committee, government, business community and people of all ethnic groups in the province were making efforts to implement positive solutions to surmount difficulties, bolster production and business, guarantee social welfare, national defense and security and striving to surpass the socio-economic targets in 2025 and 2020-2025 tenure.

In swift and vigorous manner following the direction of central authorities, not allowing work to be disrupted, the provincial People’s Council would discuss and decide many important contents at this meeting.

For the best result, Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council requested the deputies to raise sense of responsibility and solidarity to highly concentrate on discussing democratically and giving profound opinions so that the resolutions of the meeting would be passed at highest quality.

At the meeting, Vice Chairpersons of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Van Thinh and Phan The Tuan presented the submissions and draft resolutions, then representatives of the commissions of the provincial People’s Council read the appraisal reports to the submissions and draft resolutions.

10 resolutions were approved by the deputies with high consensus.
