Bac Giang provides more than 35,000 laborers for businesses in Q1
BAC GIANG – Thanks to many active support solutions in labor market connection and information, in the first quarter of this year, functional sectors and localities in Bac Giang province have supported businesses to recruit more than 35,000 new laborers, exceeding 5,000 people compared to forecast demand.
Most of the laborers are unskilled to work in the electronics industry in enterprises (in local industrial parks) such as Foxconn Technology Group; Newwing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang Limited Company and Luxshare-ICT Limited Liability Company.

According to the survey results of the Provincial Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs), newly established and expanded enterprises will need to recruit about 127,000 laborers in 2025 and about 30,000 laborers in second quarter.
73% of them will be employed to serve the following industries of electricity - electronics - information technology; 14.3% to serve textile - packaging group and the rest are in the processing - manufacturing, trade - service industries.
In order to meet the human resource needs of enterprises, the Provincial People's Committee directed sectors and localities to focus on supporting and providing laborers timely so as to prevent the production interruption due to labor shortage.
In the coming time, apart from further closely forecasting labor supply and demand, the Provincial Employment Service Center will innovate job transaction sessions, increase online sessions connecting with provinces and organize job fairs in localities; promote vocational training, especially the connection between vocational training institutions and enterprises to provide human resources suitable to market needs.
Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Organisation Commission, said the labour force plays a particularly important role in fostering Party members, because the Party is the vanguard of the working class.
In order to make up for the shortages caused by resignations or job changes in the last months of the year, businesses typically hire extra employees. For job seekers, particularly those with specialised talents or experience, the labour market is now opening up a wide range of choices.
