To prepare for 5G broadcasting, VNPT Group has urgently installed infrastructure and Vinaphone 5G transceiver stations. In Bac Giang, there are currently 2 transceiver stations located at the Provincial Post Office (Bac Giang City) and at Van Trung Industrial Park (Viet Yen Township), ready to provide services to thousands of customers.

Customers get support to experience Vinaphone's 5G service.

The whole province currently has nearly 50,000 subscribers using 5G of Vinaphone network. According to information from VNPT Bac Giang, from October 13 to November 15, 2024, Vinaphone customers with 5G phones will be able to participate in the program to experience super-fast 5G for free (free data for 30 days). When operating in areas with 5G network, Vinaphone subscribers will receive a notification message inviting them to experience the free service.

For Viettel Bac Giang, 34 5G transceiver stations have been installed in areas with many Viettel network customers, including Tan Yen district, Viet Yen township and Bac Giang city.

To help customers access the new service, Viettel organizes 5G network experience points at Viettel Supermarket on Hung Vuong street; Viettel Center building on Hoang Van Thu street; Vincom Tower on Ngo Gia Tu street (Bac Giang city).

The company will give free data to customers who use the service from October 15 to October 31, 2024. Bac Giang now has more than 265,000 subscribers using devices with Viettel 5G network.
