Bac Giang to honor 95 party members who are exemplary workers
BAC GIANG - As part of a series of activities to celebrate the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3 (1930-2025) and the Party congresses at all levels, the Bac Giang Provincial Federation of Labor decided to commend 95 party members who are exemplary workers.
They come from 9 direct grassroots trade unions, including the Bac Giang City Labor Federation (20 people) and the districts and townships of Lang Giang (8 people), Luc Nam (1 person), Hiep Hoa (13 people), Tan Yen (10 people), Yen The (5 people), Viet Yen (5 people), Son Dong (1 person) and the provincial Industrial Park Trade Union (32 people).

These are all typical examples in the emulation movement "Good laborer - Creative laborer", actively participating in movements and activities launched by agencies, units, enterprises and grassroots unions.
Such party members have many initiatives and propose technical solutions to improve labor productivity, quality and work efficiency, helping save costs for units and enterprises.
The exemplary party members will be honored at the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Provincial Federation of Labor, scheduled to take place in April.
BAC GIANG - In order to support businesses in recruiting laborers for production, since the beginning of the year, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has actively coordinated with relevant units and localities to deploy many solutions to connect and provide information on the labor market, helping provide more than 25,000 laborers to businesses in Bac Giang province.
BAC GIANG – The Provincial Federation of Labor and the Department of Health on February 19 held a ceremony at the headquarters of the Provincial Federation of Labor to ink a cooperative programme between two units on health care for union members and laborers of Bac Giang province during 2025-2030 period.
BAC GIANG - To practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3 (1930 - 2025) and the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) will organize the first national conference to honor exemplary workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on February 15 and 16 in Hanoi.
BAC GIANG - Since the beginning of the year, labor recruitment activities have been bustling as businesses want to employ a large number of laborers to serve production. To balance supply and demand, functional sectors and localities in Bac Giang province have stepped up propaganda, information connection and supported businesses to recruit enough human resources, contributing to job creation and reducing unemployment rates.
BAC GIANG - By 2025, factories in Bac Giang will recruit more than 120,000 laborers, with the demand in the first quarter alone reaching 30,000 people, mainly in the electronics sector.
BAC GIANG - After the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, most laborers in industrial parks and clusters in Bac Giang province have returned to work. This shows positive changes in the employee retention policy of enterprises. A stable human resource has created favorable conditions for enterprises to implement production and business plans in the new year.
