Land-use fee collections reached an estimated 15.82 trillion VND, exceeding the yearly plan by over 70% and marking a 2.5-fold increase year-on-year.

Tax officials review revenue items to ensure collection is carried out according to plan.

The remainder came mainly from taxes and fees, with strong contributions from foreign-invested and state-owned enterprises.

Authorities said the province has implemented aggressive fiscal measures under the direction of the People’s Committee.

The Tax Department assigned monthly revenue targets to its subordinate units, while coordinating closely with local departments to improve tax administration, strengthen debt recovery, and ensure accurate and timely collection of all revenue sources.

MoST drafts criteria for tax incentives for electronic equipment manufacturers

According to the draft, enterprises that wish to receive corporate income tax incentives must meet the specific criteria where revenue from electronic equipment manufacturing accounts for at least 70% of the enterprise's total revenue.

 

NA Standing Committee approves personal income tax deduction adjustments

Most legislators supported the second option where personal income tax deduction adjustment will base on per capita income and GDP growth. Under this plan, the deduction for taxpayers would increase to around 15.5 million VND per month, and to 6.2 million VND per month per dependent.
