Fireworks light up Bac Ninh night sky on the evening of July 4 when the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province held a special art programme to celebrate the establishment of the new Bac Ninh province.
