People's satisfaction rate with public health services reach 90.1%
BAC GIANG - The Department of Health in Bac Giang province has just organized a survey to assess people's satisfaction with public health services in 2024. The survey and assessment contents included accessibility, transparency of information and administrative procedures, facilities and means of serving patients, attitude and professional competence of medical staff and service delivery results.
Through survey of 2,100 people receiving inpatient and outpatient treatment at public hospitals and medical centers in districts and town, 90.1% of respondents were satisfied, an increase of 0.6% compared to 2023 figure.

Of which, the highest rate of satisfaction was in terms of access to services (90.7%), the lowest was in terms of facilities and means of serving patients (87.6%).
To further improve people's satisfaction with medical services, in the coming time, the health sector will continue to educate employees about correcting working style and manners and enhancing responsibility in performing tasks.
The medical facilities pay more attention to renovating, upgrading and repairing infrastructure together with implementing services, focusing on developing new techniques and specialized techniques as well as strictly publicizing hotline numbers...
