Bac Giang makes active preparations for all-level Party congresses
The northern province of Bac Giang will focus on Party building and preparations for holding Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 tenure in the rest of the year, heading to the 14th National Party Congress.
According to the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Organisation, in order to ensure good preparation and successful organisation of all-level Party congresses, Party Committees at all levels have directed the building of plans on congress organisation and complete the plans within August.

Alongside, Party Committees directly leads personnel preparation work in line with regulations and with a high sense of responsibility, especially those holding the top positions.
Party Committees at all levels have also conducted evaluation and classification of officials' performance before the ending of their working tenure, which is a mandatory task.
At the same time, the committees have directed the reviewing and supplementation of personnel planning, especially for Party Committees in the 2025-2030 tenure, ensuring that the planning are completed and approved at least three months prior to the organisation of the congresses.
The review and supplementation of the planning can be carried out in parallel with the year-end evaluation and classification of officials to ensure their progress.
Meanwhile, Party Committees at all levels in Bac Giang have actively directed the completion of the apparatus of the committees and standing boards of the committees in the 2020-2025 tenure six months before the congress for the new tenure.
Since the beginning of this year, Bac Giang has reviewed and supplemented planning of leadership and management officials for departments, agencies and sectors as well as Vietnam Fatherland Front committees, mass organisations at provincial level and Party Committees of districts, townships and cities in the 2025-2030 and 2026-2031 tenures.
BAC GIANG- Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee of Bac Giang province on July 31 had a working session with the Standing Board of the Party Committee of Luc Ngan district regarding implementation of its political tasks since beginning this year, results of administrative unit arrangement and preparation for the all-level party congress in Luc Ngan district Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure.
BAC GIANG- Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee worked with the Standing Board of the municipal Party Committee of Bac Giang city on July 24.

BAC GIANG - The provincial Party Committee on July 16 held a conference to summarize its leadership work in the first half of 2024 and launch tasks for the remaining half. Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; and Le Thi Thu Hong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People's Council chaired the event.
BAC GIANG - With the motto of respecting the people and being close to the people, the Party Committee and authorities of Bac Giang city have actively grasped the situation in localities and held meetings and dialogues with the people. Thanks to that, many issues of people’s concern have been solved right at the grassroots level.
