After 10 months of 2025, Bac Ninh province continues to affirm its position in the leading group of the country in terms of domestic budget revenue. Total revenue from taxes and fees reached nearly 32,939 billion VND, equal to 90.2% of the estimate and increased by 11.7% over the same period in 2024.

According to the Provincial Tax Department, this year's revenue structure has many important highlights, creating large financial space for socio-economic development goals in the new period.

Not only exceeding the estimate, the budget revenue structure of Bac Ninh also changed positively, reflected in the stable growth from production and business sectors. Many key revenue sources from state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) and central state-owned enterprises all achieved positive results.

Among them, typical enterprises with large budget contributions include: Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Samsung Display Vietnam (Yen Phong I Industrial Park), New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. (Van Trung Industrial Park), Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Que Vo I Industrial Park), Khai Son Joint Stock Company (Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park), Ja Solar Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Nenh Ward) and Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company and Bac Ninh Petroleum One Member Limited Liability Company (Vo Cuong Ward) among others.

These enterprises affirm the pivotal role of the industrial production sector, reflecting investors' confidence in the production and business environment in Bac Ninh.

Such impressive figures in tax collection were gained thanks to the drastic direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the proactive and flexible management and operation of the Tax sector. Bac Ninh has focused on attracting and retaining large investment projects, removing difficulties in capital and administrative procedures for enterprises, while strictly managing budget expenditures and resolutely fighting tax arrears.

Since the beginning of the year, Bac Ninh Petroleum One Member Limited Liability Company has paid 325 billion VND to the State budget, up nearly 20% over the same period last year.

Revenue exceeding the budget is not only a simple financial result, but also has strategic significance in the context of Bac Ninh focusing on key goals: Infrastructure investment, human resource development, social security care, promoting digital transformation and innovation.

At the same time, it reflects an increasingly open, transparent and stable business investment environment. The proactive approach of the Tax Department in removing difficulties and supporting businesses contributes to strengthening trust, creating motivation for businesses to expand production and increase budget contributions.

The completion and early surpassing of the budget estimate has demonstrated the capacity for flexible and effective budget management, representing a new step forward in public financial management of Bac Ninh, creating a basis to maintain its position in the leading group in the country in domestic budget collection, ensuring resources for development goals.
