Under the plan, the province aims to match about 30,000 workers with jobs each year through both in-person and online job fairs while increasing the proportion of workers in formal employment with access to social, health and unemployment insurance.

Key tasks include improving the labor market information system, updating the labor supply-demand database and accelerating the application of information technology and digital transformation in labor linkage activities.

In addition, the Industrial Zones Authority is coordinating with departments, localities and training institutions to organize recruitment promotion missions, attract workers from northern provinces and partner with schools providing high-quality human resources.

The agency is also focusing on strengthening state management of the labor market and intensifying inspection and supervision of labor law compliance among enterprises in industrial zones, ensuring legitimate rights and benefits for workers.
