Digitalization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement reaches 95.8% in Bac Giang city
BAC GIANG - According to the assessment of professional agencies, the current level of digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement of Bac Giang city is 95.8% as one of the localities with the leading level of digitization in Bac Giang province.
Many indicators achieved high results such as the number of electronically certified copies of originals was more than 48,800 records; the rate of records processed on time was 99.51%; the rate of records processed online on the National Public Service Portal was nearly 90%.

Some wards and communes had high digitization results, such as Tho Xuong, Hoang Van Thu, Tran Phu and Tan Tien among others.
Notably, according to the ranking of the Provincial People's Committee, Bac Giang City continues to lead the level of digital transformation of state agencies in districts, township and city in 2024.
To achieve the above results, in recent times, Bac Giang City has added information technology equipment to serve the digitalization task, promote propaganda and mobilize people, businesses and organizations to participate in creating and using the results of administrative procedure settlement in the electronic environment together with applying several new initiatives and models on administrative reform.
In 2025, Bac Giang City will continue to accelerate the progress of updating, connecting, sharing and reusing digital results according to regulations while improving the professional quality of staff and promoting the core role of community digital technology groups.
BAC GIANG- Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee of Bac Giang province Nguyen Van Gau on November 6 had a meeting with the Standing Board of the Party Committee of Yen Dung district regarding implementation of its political tasks in 2024, results of administrative unit arrangement and preparation for the all-level party congress for the 2025-2030 tenure.
BAC GIANG - Implementing Resolution 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 by the National Assembly’s Standing Committee regarding the reorganization of district- and commune-level administrative units in Bac Giang province for the 2023-2025 period, authorities at all levels and sectors in the province are taking the required steps to ensure these units operate effectively after the reorganization.
BAC GIANG - The Bac Giang City Party Committee on October 21 held a conference to disseminate and deploy the plan of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee on the implementation of National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 about the arrangement of administrative units at the district and commune levels of Bac Giang province during 2023 – 2025 period (Resolution No. 1191).
Vietnamese Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra and French Minister for Public Servants, Simplification and Transformation of Public Action Guillaume Kasbarian discussed cooperation programmes and signed bilateral cooperation documents at their meeting on October 4.
BAC GIANG - On September 30, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) coordinated with the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to organize a conference to answer difficulties and problems for enterprises in implementing labor laws in Bac Giang City.
BAC GIANG - According to the assessment on the National Public Service Portal, 100% of people and businesses are satisfied with the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services in Bac Giang province.
