The Bac Ninh Employment Service Center No. 1 and No. 2 have enhanced their outreach campaigns, providing updated labor market information and strengthening job-matching services across the province.

The two centers have organized 56 job fairs this year, including 28 regular sessions, 3 mobile fairs, 22 online sessions and 3 thematic events. Notably, two major job fairs targeted ethnic minorities and returning workers from South Korea and Japan, including trainees completing internships abroad.

More than 2,300 companies have registered for recruitment through these events, attracting over 45,200 participants seeking employment advice or job referrals.

As a result, nearly 5,400 individuals secured direct employment on-site while the remaining candidates were referred for appropriate job openings or scheduled for follow-up interviews.

A provincial labor demand forecast, based on data collected from nearly 1,000 local enterprises, estimates that companies will require around 108,000 workers from now until the end of the year.

Unskilled laborers are expected to account for 80% of this demand, with the most sought-after sectors being electronics, textiles, packaging and services.

Major employers with large-scale recruitment needs include Goertek Vina Co., Ltd. in Que Vo Industrial Park (15,000 workers) and Newwing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. in Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Giang (10,500 workers).
