3,731 billion VND to be invested in Dong Phuc Industrial Park (Bac Giang City)
BAC GIANG - On February 10, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 258/QD-TTg on the investment policy for the project to invest in infrastructure of Dong Phuc Industrial Park in Bac Giang province.
The decision identified the project investor as Dong Phuc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company. The project area is 354.63 hectares with total investment capital of about 3,731.713 billion VND (156 million USD), of which the investor's capital contribution is about 559.757 billion VND.

The project's operating period is 50 years from the date receiving the decision on land allocation, land lease and change of land use purpose. The project is implemented in Dong Phuc and Tu Mai communes (Bac Giang city).
The Provincial People's Committee directed the provincial Industrial Park Management Board to specify the project implementation progress in the Investment Registration Certificate but not exceeding 48 months from the date receiving decision on land allocation, land lease, and change of land using purpose.
According to the Decision, relevant ministries and branches are responsible for verifying the project investment policy within their functions and tasks according to the provisions of the law on investment and relevant laws.
The provincial Industrial Park Management Board and relevant agencies monitor and supervise the project implementation process, ensuring compliance with the requirements for protecting and promoting the value of cultural heritage and the conditions prescribed by the law on cultural heritage; inspect and supervise the environmental protection, ensuring the use and discharge of water into water sources of the Project in compliance with the provisions of the law on environmental protection and the law on water resources.
Dong Phuc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company is responsible for investing and building infrastructure systems according to the construction planning of Dong Phuc Industrial Park approved by competent authorities.
