Bac Giang to have additional industrial park worth over 3.7 trillion VND
BAC GIANG – The Government has approved for the investment policy of Hoa Yen Industrial Park which covers nearly 257 hectares of land in Hiep Hoa district and Viet Yen township of Bac Giang province with an investment capital of more than 3,700 billion VND (155,4 million USD).
On behalf of the Government, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed the approval of the investment policy for the Hoa Yen Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project with a scale of nearly 257 hectares.

The project is located in Hiep Hoa district and Viet Yen township with one side adjacent to Provincial Road 398.
The industrial park has a total investment capital of more than 3,700 billion VND (155.4 million USD), of which nearly 562 billion VND is contributed by investors. The project will operate for 50 years.
According to the 1/2000 zoning plan, over 60% of the project implementation area will be factories, 10% for tree, and the rest for service areas, technical infrastructure and parking lots among others.
Upon completion, the project will become a multi-industry industrial park, prioritizing processing, manufacturing, production and assembly industries that are highly technical and environmentally friendly.
The decision also approves Fecon Hoa Yen Joint Stock Company as the investor of the industrial park. Established in September 2022, this company operates mainly in the real estate business with a charter capital of 600 billion VND.
Bac Giang is one of the industrial park capitals in the North with a high occupancy rate. To date, the province has 10 industrial parks, including 7 existing industrial parks and 3 in planning, mostly in Viet Yen township, Yen Dung, Hiep Hoa, Lang Giang districts... These are also areas with vibrant development of many real estate segments near industrial parks in the period of 2020-2022.
As an investment attraction of numerous leading technology corporations, Vietnam sees many opportunities to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) into electronic components manufacturing.
The northern province of Bac Giang will continue attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in the time ahead, prioritising those using high-tech or relating to supporting industries and high-quality services, local authorities have said.
