As of June 30, the province disbursed more than 9.1 trillion VND, equivalent to 43.17% of the annual plan, ranking it among the top localities nationwide in disbursement progress.

Bac Ninh authorities aim to raise the disbursement rate to 50% by August 15. To achieve this, key solutions are being intensified.

Project owners have been instructed to closely follow progress and conduct daily and weekly reviews, particularly for major projects deemed growth drivers in 2025.

Additionally, the province is expediting disbursement of capital under national target programmes and hastening investment preparation for projects scheduled to start by late 2025.

Bac Ninh is also prioritising improvements in construction management quality and finalising its socio-economic development plan in parallel with the public investment plan for 2026.

The dispatch highlighted that the detailed allocation of the capital accounted for only 96.07% of the Government leader’s assigned target as of January 23, with some 84.84 trillion VND (3.32 billion USD) remaining unallocated across 26 central agencies and 48 localities.
