Bac Giang delegation extends Christmas greetings to Diocese of Bac Ninh and Ngo Xa parish church
BAC GIANG - On the occasion of Christmas 2024, the delegation of Bac Giang province led by Tran Cong Thang, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee on December 18 visited and extended Christmas greetings to the Diocese of Bac Ninh (Bac Ninh province) and Ngo Xa parish church (Hiep Hoa district)
Tran Cong Thang extended best wishes to Bishop Do Quang Khang together with priests, monks, dignitaries and all parishioners of Bac Ninh Diocese on a peaceful and happy Christmas 2024 as well as a prosperous New Year 2025.

He briefed on recent socio-economic situation of Bac Giang province and affirmed that these outcomes have been made with significant contributions by the Catholics.
He hoped that in the coming time, the Catholics in the entire Bac Ninh diocese would continue to lead a good religious live, join hands with all classes of people to actively respond to patriotic emulation movements and strengthen the great national unity bloc.
On this occasion, Tran Cong Thang presented flowers and gifts from the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to congratulate the Diocese of Bac Ninh and donated 50 million VND to Ngo Xa parish church.
On behalf of the Bac Ninh Diocese, Bishop Do Quang Khang thanked the leaders of Bac Giang province for their attention and affirmed that he will continue to propagate and mobilize dignitaries and parishioners to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, fulfill their civic duties and live the gospel in the hearts of the nation, strengthen solidarity and unity and build a developed homeland and country.
BAC GIANG - The highest bonus for the Lunar New Year 2025 is 185 million VND (7,780 USD) given to employee at a foreign-invested enterprise in industrial parks in Bac Giang province, reported the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA). This is the bonus level for Vietnamese labour with outstanding achievements.
BAC GIANG - The Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee on December 17 held a conference at the provincial Convention Center to announce Resolution No. 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in Bac Giang province for the period 2023 - 2025 (Resolution 1191).
BAC GIANG - On December 16, the delegation of Xaysomboun Province (Laos) led by Dengpa Thum Thong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Zone 18, Chairman of the Xaysomboun Provincial People's Council visited and worked in Bac Giang province.
BAC GIANG - On December 16, a delegation from Osaka Metropolitan University (Japan) led by Principal Professor Norifumi Kawada visited and worked with Bac Giang province. The delegation was accompanied by Associate Professor Daiju Ueda, the university's expert in applying artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis.
BAC GIANG - On December 15, the Bac Giang Scientists Association in Hanoi held a meeting to honor outstanding scientists in 2024 at the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine. The event was attended by Mai Son, Acting Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's (PPC) Committee, Prof. Dr. Duong Xuan Ngoc, Chairman of the Bac Giang Scientists Association in Hanoi.
BAC GIANG – In recent years, alongside the traditional distribution of goods and agricultural products in stores and markets, many businesses, cooperatives, households, and individuals in Bac Giang province have identified e-commerce platforms as an effective sales channel.
