Currently, she holds national records in many running distances, including 3,000m steeplechase, 5,000m, 10,000m, 21km and most recently 42km.

Coach Tran Van Sy affirms that his student could improve her record if the competition conditions were more favorable.

In addition to Nguyen Thi Oanh, another record was also set at Techcombank HaNoi International Marathon 2024 when male athlete Miko Dereje Alemu broke the men's half-marathon (21 km) record at the tournament with a time of 1 hour 9 minutes 12 seconds.
