Bac Giang attracts investment of more than 556.5 million USD in two months
BAC GIANG – The industrial parks in Bac Giang province continued to gain positive results in investment attraction in February and the first two months of this year, reported the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board (IPMB).
Specifically, the IPMB received 22 applications for new issuance, adjustment of investment registration certificates and termination of project activities in February. The Board has handled and returned results for 19 applications, and 3 applications are being processed.

Of which, 5 new projects were granted (including 1 foreign-invested project and 4 domestic-invested projects) with a total registered investment capital of 1 million USD and more than 10.5 trillion VND. 12 other projects were approved to adjust investment certificates, including 6 projects with increased capital, with an additional capital of nearly 51 million USD and 25 billion VND.
In the first 2 months of this year, the IPMB has licensed 7 new projects (including 2 foreign-invested projects and 5 domestic-invested projects), with a total registered capital of 4 million USD and more than 12 trillion VND; granted adjustments to 19 projects, including 9 projects with increased capital of 61.6 million USD and 25 billion VND.
The total newly granted and adjusted capital reached more than 556.5 million USD, an increase of more than 42.6% over the same period in 2024.
BAC GIANG - According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in 2025, Bac Giang province manages more than 7.5 trillion VND (313.7 million USD) of public investment capital, including over 7.4 trillion VND for development investment capital and the remaining for career capital.
BAC GIANG - Since the beginning of this year, the northern province of Bac Giang has granted new investment registration certificates to 65 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total registered capital of nearly 460 million USD.
BAC GIANG- The provincial Department of Industry and Trade and Bac Giang International Logistics Company Limited jointly held a conference to promote trade and investment from China in Bac Giang province. The conference was attended by leaders of some related departments, agencies and businesses of Bac Giang province and the working delegation of Chongzuo city, China’s Guangxi province on November 19.
The northern province of Bac Giang will continue attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in the time ahead, prioritising those using high-tech or relating to supporting industries and high-quality services, local authorities have said.
BAC GIANG - Shunsin Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd (Shunsin), a subsidiary of Taiwanese electronics giant Foxconn, is seeking an environmental permit for an 80 million USD investment project in the northern Bac Giang Province, aimed at manufacturing and processing chips.
BAC GIANG - According to the Industrial Parks (IPs) Management Board (IPMB) of Bac Giang province, in October 2024, the province attracted 5 new investment projects in the IPs with a total registered capital of nearly 100 million USD.
