This third edition of the festival attracted around 43 enterprises, cooperatives, and fruit producers from provinces including Tien Giang, Son La, Bac Giang, Long An, Dong Thap, Binh Phuoc and Tay Ninh.

The event showcased a wide variety of specialty fruits such as lychee, durian, dragon fruit, orange, mango, rambutan, star apple, mangosteen, coconut, watermelon, melon, acerola, custard apple, guava and green-peel pomelo.

According to Nguyen Dinh Nghia, Director of Industrial and Trade Promotion Center under Bac Giang’s Department of Industry and Trade, the province brought two booths to the event, displaying over 20 key products under the OCOP (One Commune One Product) programme.

These included fresh and dried lychees, lychee-based processed products, yellow flower tea, Ban Ven tea, cordyceps, Chu rice noodles and honey.

During the opening ceremony and following days, the Bac Giang booths attracted numerous visitors who came to explore, taste and purchase products.

The event highlighted the province’s economic, cultural, and social strengths while providing a platform for businesses and cooperatives to network and explore investment opportunities. It also helped promote Bac Giang’s brand and products to consumers in southern Vietnam and international visitors.

Key festival activities included a supply-demand connection programme, a durian buffet, and various product showcases at GO! My Tho and other Central Retail supermarkets across the country.

These events aimed to foster cooperation, sharing, and consumption of Vietnamese fruit, particularly from Tien Giang and other provinces.
