BAC GIANG - On the evening of February 2 (the fifth day of Luna January), the Bac Giang City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee solemnly held a festival to celebrate the 598th anniversary of the Xuong Giang Victory at Xuong Giang Temple in the Special National Relic Site of Xuong Giang Victory. 

Thousands of visitors flocked to traditional festivals in the northern provinces on February 1 (the 4th day of the first lunar month).

BAC GIANG- Hiep Hoa district has solemnly held a ceremony to announce and receive decision of the Ministry of Construction on recognition of Hiep Hoa district as a fourth tier urban area and receive certificate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism recognising the boat race festival of Tieu Mai village, Mai Dinh commune as a national intangible cultural heritage.
