Hoa Phu IP attracts another project worth 6 million USD
BAC GIANG – The Bac Giang Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board (IPMB) has just granted an Investment Registration Certificate to Innovacut Manufacturer Limited to implement the Innovacut (Vietnam) factory project at a part of Lot CN-05 in Hoa Phu Industrial Park of Hiep Hoa district (Bac Giang province).
Innovacut Manufacturer Limited is an investor from Hong Kong (China). The project targets to manufacture household electrical appliances, plastic products, cutlery, hand tools and common metal products.

Total investment capital is 6 million USD. The project will be implemented within 30 months from the date of issuance of the Investment Registration Certificate.
When the factory comes into operation, it will attract 250 laborers. The products manufactured will be mainly sold in the Vietnamese market.
By the end of February 2025, the IPMB granted investment registration certificates to 7 new projects (including 2 foreign-invested projects and 5 domestic-invested projects), with a total registered capital of 4 million USD and more than 12 trillion VND while approved for 19 projects to adjust the capital, 9 of which added more 61.6 million USD and 25 billion VND.
BAC GIANG – Since the first month of 2025, Bac Giang province has gained positive result in investment attraction.
BAC GIANG - On February 10, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 258/QD-TTg on the investment policy for the project to invest in infrastructure of Dong Phuc Industrial Park in Bac Giang province.
BAC GIANG - According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in 2025, Bac Giang province manages more than 7.5 trillion VND (313.7 million USD) of public investment capital, including over 7.4 trillion VND for development investment capital and the remaining for career capital.
BAC GIANG - Since the beginning of this year, the northern province of Bac Giang has granted new investment registration certificates to 65 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a total registered capital of nearly 460 million USD.
BAC GIANG- The provincial Department of Industry and Trade and Bac Giang International Logistics Company Limited jointly held a conference to promote trade and investment from China in Bac Giang province. The conference was attended by leaders of some related departments, agencies and businesses of Bac Giang province and the working delegation of Chongzuo city, China’s Guangxi province on November 19.
The northern province of Bac Giang will continue attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in the time ahead, prioritising those using high-tech or relating to supporting industries and high-quality services, local authorities have said.
